Our ideal candidate should be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, be able to manage their time well, and balance a workload of multiple projects. The candidate should have experience in all the materials and with a range of analysis programs, be capable of executing analysis of components as well as full building systems, and be capable of compiling a well detailed set of structural drawings. The candidate should also have experience leading coordination efforts with the other design disciplines and addressing client needs. Various opportunities for structural engineers include roles such as leading and executing the technical design, project management, and/or supervising engineering staff depending on aptitude and prior experience.
