Scope of Work
> Lead multiple projects that vary in size and complexity as the Project Manager or Project Engineer
> Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and developmental feedback for project teams
> Design and detail efficient structures that are code compliant, accurate and of high quality
> Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development practices to leverage those partnerships for ongoing project work
> Manage project cost through effective planning and prioritization
Qualifications
> 10+ years of structural engineering experience, demonstrating growth in project management experience and diverse projects
> Proven ability to build and manage successful project teams
> Strong client relationship experience and the ability to manage complex projects
> PE or SE license
> BS in engineering, MS preferred
