We are pleased to announce that Exhibitor Registration  is now open for our 2021 Virtual Conference

This year, we will be offering a Virtual Conference for our membership including opportunities for our sponsors to showcase their products and services.  The SEAoA will be offering both Classic and Silver level packages to our exhibitors which include different marketing opportunities for your company at the virtual conference based on the level you select.

We can also discuss more customized sponsorship packages if the ones we have don't quite fit your needs and the way you are looking to showcase your products or services to the Arizona Structural Engineering Community.  Please contact us at info@seaoa.org to discuss.

For those exhibitors who paid for the 2020 Conference that was cancelled due to the pandemic,  SEAoA will honor your payment for registration for the 2022 in-person conference and first choice of booth location.  If you require a refund and have not requested one yet, please contact us at info@seaoa.org.

Typically, the Newsletter Committee takes a newsletter survey at the state convention. The purpose of this survey is to collect opinions from our membership as to how it is being received.  The Please take a couple minutes to complete this survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/B9RMWFC. All info sent will remain anonymous.

Also, anyone who could volunteer a little time every quarter to help publish the newsletter is most welcome.  One easy way to help would be to “proof” the newsletter before it’s published. Please contact Sal Caccavale at: seccbc@cox.net.

It is my pleasure to inform the SEAoA membership of this year’s SEAoA Excellence in Structural Engineering Awards recipients.  Details regarding the award level, commemorative plaques, and other information are in the attached Announcement.

2020 SEAoA Excellence in Engineering Awards

SEAOA thanks the firms that submitted entries this year.  As noted by one of the judges there were a number of “really solid” entries this year.  This is evidenced by the fact that nine entries were submitted and all nine received an award.  Please be advised that although there were six Excellence awards, none received an excellence recommendation from all the judges which is the criteria for SEAoA to pay the entry fee for the upcoming NCSEA 2020 Awards program.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

    with high regards / sal

Sal Caccavale; SEAoA Awards Program Chair
