STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS ASSOCIATION OF ARIZONA
Tucson Chapter Student Night
This is the Tucson Chapter's annual student night and dinner held in the Student Union at the University of Arizona. The closest parking garage to the Student Union is the 2nd St. Garage at Mountain Ave and 2nd St. (cost is $1 per hour). Click on the links to download a map of the student union or a map of the campus and parking areas.
The meeting cost to all students who attend is free so please consider sponsoring a student’s dinner at the member price. This is a great opportunity to meet future Structural Engineering U of A graduates and future employees/colleagues. You can select a sponsorship option and level (1 through 5 students) when you register on-line.
The speaker will be Dr. Robert Fleischman, Professor for the Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics Department at the U of A. His presentation will be on the New Zealand Earthquake. We will also have short presentations from the captains of this year’s U of A concrete canoe and steel bridge teams.
