Graduate Student Career Fair – Opportunity for Grad Students and Hiring Organizations
February 15, 2016, 4:30 – 6:00pm
at Geotechnical & Structural Engineering Congress in Phoenix
Full-time graduate students graduating Fall 2015 – Spring 2016:
You are invited to apply for this exclusive opportunity to network with up to 40 prominent organizations in geotechnical and structural engineering. Up to 80 students who apply will be selected to participate in this event and receive complimentary full student registration to participate at the Geotechnical & Structural Engineering Congress February 14-17 in Phoenix. Apply online by October 30. Students selected to participate in this event will be notified in early December, and must register for Congress by December 17.
The Geotechnical & Structural Engineering Congress is a one-of-a-kind joint conference February 14-17, 2016 offered by the Geotechnical Institute and Structural Engineering Institute of ASCE that will bring together the best of both disciplines for unmatched networking, collaboration, and learning opportunities. Learn more at www.geo-structures.org about the full program, more exciting opportunities for students and young professionals, and FLEX registration (organization employees share 4 registration badges). Early Bird conference registration rates are available through December 17.
Employer organizations:
You are invited to send two reps each to participate in the 90 minute event with exclusive access to meet and talk with up to 80 of the top graduating geotechnical and structural engineering graduate students entering the job market and searching for career placement. Plan now to send your recruiting staff to this premier opportunity. Come prepared to network with the students selected to participate, and tell them about opportunities with your organization. Participating organizations will be listed in Career Fair promotions once they sign up for the event, and will receive in advance of the event participating student contact info. The cost for an organization to participate in the Career Fair is $1,000 which will offset the costs for two students to participate. We are anticipating about 20 organizations to sign up for this event via SEI, so space is limited, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Book your participation in the Career Fair online now by October 30 to participate in selecting student applicants to participate in this event. Or choose to reach SEI members with Sustaining Organization Membership year-round and enjoy complimentary participation in the Career Fair. For more info, contact Suzanne Fisher at sfisher@asce.org.
