The session will cover basic contract risk management principles as it applies to the practice of engineering and how your contracts can reduce or increase your risk. The goal this session will be to help you minimize professional liability and risk. In addition to managing risk, there will be a general overview of strategies to minimize professional risk concerning compliance with rules of professional conduct, conflict of interest and other ethical considerations.
